Scope and operator

Hedraios provides Scripture Context, developed by Justin Wilson. This notice covers its hosted MCP service at scripture.hedraios.now and its study workspace in ChatGPT. Other Hedraios apps retain their existing policies.

Study requests

When you use a tool, ChatGPT sends the service its tool arguments, such as a passage reference and context options. The workspace-rendering tool can also receive a study object containing other content supplied by the calling client. We process those arguments to return the requested study result. Please leave out personal prayer, journal, confidential or identifying content that is unnecessary for the request.

The current service has no user-account system or persistent study database. Public Bible assets and workspace HTML are cached; study inputs are processed for the request. This does not mean that infrastructure or ChatGPT records nothing.

Required hosting and security processing

Cloudflare hosts the service and bundled Bible assets. The service uses the connecting IP address for rate limiting. Its application logs record a request identifier, HTTP method, URL path, response status and duration; error logs record the error name. These custom log statements do not intentionally record tool arguments. Cloudflare invocation logging is enabled, and the configuration requests query-string redaction. Cloudflare can process additional network and request metadata to deliver and protect the service.

Required request processing, rate limiting and hosting logs occur automatically when the service receives a request; there is no separate opt-in control for them. They support delivery, reliability, security and troubleshooting. The current workspace has no separate analytics, advertising or tracking integration. This scoped disclosure does not authorize optional analytics or change other Hedraios apps’ opt-in rules.

Service providers and Scripture

ChatGPT receives the tool results, workspace interactions and follow-up messages. OpenAI’s applicable terms, privacy policy and your ChatGPT settings govern that separate processing. Removing this plugin does not delete a conversation held by OpenAI.

The World English Bible corpus comes from eBible.org. Passage requests use Bible assets bundled with the service; they do not make request-time passage calls to eBible.org. Cloudflare processes hosting information under its applicable privacy policy and service terms. Visiting this support website and emailing us are covered by the website and correspondence sections of the Hedraios privacy policy.

Retention and controls

There is no saved-study database in this service to retain or delete. Cloudflare’s standard Workers Logs retention is three days on Workers Free and seven days on Workers Paid. We have not verified the plan-specific window or any separate infrastructure export retention, so we do not promise a shorter period or immediate deletion of infrastructure records. Cloudflare’s own security processing and OpenAI’s conversation retention are separate from this standard log window.

You can stop future requests by disabling or removing the plugin and not calling its endpoint. This does not immediately erase provider logs. Use ChatGPT’s controls for conversations and account data held by OpenAI. For information held by Hedraios, including support correspondence, use the contact below to request access, correction or deletion. Please include only enough information to locate the request, such as its approximate time and request identifier if available; never send a password. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Requests cannot remove records controlled independently by another provider.
