Monuments support

Getting started

Install Monuments from the store link on the Monuments page once it is listed there, open it, and follow the short introduction inside the app. No account is needed.

The app will not switch on any data collection, backup, sync or notification on its own. Anything that needs your data or your device's permissions asks first, and the answer is no until you say otherwise.

Common issues

The app will not open or crashes

Restart your phone and try again. If it still fails, check for an app update in the store. Before deleting and reinstalling, read what deleting the app removes.

A reminder or notification did not arrive

Notifications are off unless you turned them on inside the app. If you did, check that your phone's settings also allow notifications for Monuments.

Something looks wrong or is missing

Tell us what you expected and what happened instead using the address below. We keep this page short until there are common questions worth answering here.

Privacy and your data

Monuments follows the Hedraios privacy policy: nothing is collected or used unless you explicitly permit it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time. See the Monuments privacy page and how to delete your data.
